Me2 Centre of Inclusive Arts
Me2 Centre of Inclusive Arts is the social impact arm of Cerebral, a trusted name in Enrichment and Events since 2010. While Cerebral continues to offer event planning services, Me2 was born out of a deeper cause: To address the post-18 support gap for persons with disabilities and to ensure that the arts remain a lifelong platform for growth, expression and inclusion.
What Do We Offer?
Our centre offers a wide spectrum of inclusive arts programmes, ranging from theatre and dance to visual arts, filmmaking, digital performance, and community living skills. Each programme is thoughtfully designed using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and strengths-based approaches, ensuring that every participant, from individuals at-risk to adults with disabilities and caregivers, can learn at their own pace and shine in their own way.
Beyond classes, Me2 serves as a platform for real-world opportunities through performances, exhibitions, collaborations, and public showcases. These experiences bring our artists from the margins into the heart of Singapore’s creative landscape, celebrating their voices, talents, and contributions.

Cerebral Hong Kong continues to strengthen our regional presence by bringing our signature arts-based enrichment programmes to children, youths, and families across the city. Since 2023, our team has trained new educators, refreshed programme delivery, and expanded partnerships.
Through our holistic approach – combining creativity, communication, movement, and confidence-building, we support learners of all abilities to express themselves, discover their strengths, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. The Arts of English – Nakhon Sawan, Thailand
Our Chatter Bug and My First Portfolio programmes in Nakhon Sawan bring creative, arts-based English learning to students through drama, movement, storytelling, and expressive activities.
Designed to build confidence and spark imagination, the programme helps learners experience English in a fun, meaningful, and engaging way.
